SummitET is seeking a full-time DHS CBRN/WMD Detection Operations SME-New Jersey to support the MDDU nationwide, maintaining readiness of detection equipment and conducting nationwide operations, training, and exercises for Federal, state, and local partners. Fort Dix, New Jersey, serves as the work location.

The role requires travel between 50% and 75% of the month across the contiguous US, including deployments over multiple days, and adherence to DHS guidance and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience in CBRN detection with emphasis on R/N detection.
• 5 years' radiation detection training and operations at events.
• Knowledgeable with detector types including PRD, RIIDs, and RI/RN equipment.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance and DHS suitability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and drive heavy vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Track and maintain custody of MDDU equipment and radioactive sources.
• Inventory DHS MDDU property and update tracking records.
• Ensure 24/7 readiness and field-level maintenance of equipment.
• Perform CBRN detection operations with agencies and at events.
• Prepare after-action and status reports.
• Travel 50-75% within the contiguous US; deployments up to 10+ days.
