JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking aClient Relationship Executiveto drive business development and customer engagement across the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborates with key internal stakeholders to shape and win new business aligned with ITC’s core capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal business development, experience supporting full-and-open competitions, and a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships within DHS agencies and industry partners.

Responsibilities
  • Engage regularly with DHS customers and industry partners to promote ITC’s services and identify upcoming opportunities
  • Lead pipeline development by leveraging existing relationships and research tools (e.g., GovWin, SAM.gov, LinkedIn, agency forecasts)
  • Qualify and shape new opportunities in collaboration with the CGO and Capture/Account Executives
  • Build and execute multi-year strategies for DHS accounts, including incumbent re-competes and expansion into new mission areas
  • Establish and maintain strong teaming relationships to support competitive win strategies
  • Promote awareness of ITC’s capabilities across assigned DHS agencies through outreach and strategic networking
  • Support capture efforts including customer engagement, solution ideation, win theme development, and intelligence gathering
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to ensure submissions align with customer expectations and requirements
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts to align business development with ITC’s long-term growth goals
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of business development experience within the federal market, with a focus on DHS agencies
  • Proven track record of winning contracts >$75M annually over the past two years
  • Ability to develop and manage a qualified pipeline of $300M+
  • Experience with full-and-open competitions and working in a mid-tier to large business environment
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles
  • Established relationships within one or more DHS agencies and with key industry partners; USCIS, ICE, and/or CBP preferred
  • Familiarity with ITC’s core services: Cloud, DevSecOps, Application Development, Cybersecurity, and Federal Financial Systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings, events, and client engagements

DESIRED:

  • History of leading successful prime contract awards >$100M
  • Technical fluency in Cloud, DevSecOps, App Dev, or Oracle ERP solutions
  • Experience in both business development and capture management roles
  • Ability to contribute to proposal strategy and content development

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is a remote position with regular expectations for onsite participation in meetings, events, and team sessions. Candidates must be comfortable operating in a virtual-first environment while maintaining a strong presence with clients and internal stakeholders.
