Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Deaf & Hard of Hearing Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Maple Grove, MN. This full-time, school-based position pays $40-$50 per hour and includes full benefits and tuition assistance.

You will deliver targeted K-12 instruction in ASL and Signing Exact English, apply total communication and auditory-oral approaches, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support students with hearing loss throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minnesota teaching license for Deaf/Hard of Hearing or pending licensure.
• Experience teaching Deaf/Hard of Hearing students.
• Familiarity with assistive listening technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted K-12 instruction aligned to IEP goals.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain progress records.
• Observe, assess, and communicate student progress to families.
• Use Signing Exact English and ASL as appropriate in lessons.
