The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or DFX environments. Strong skills in Lean principles and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, DFX, or NPI environments.
• Proven experience influencing product design for manufacturability and cost.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFX reviews throughout the product lifecycle for manufacturability and quality.
• Develop, qualify, and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
