Job summary

Texas Pride Fuels Limited is seeking a FlexDriver based in Springtown, TX to haul diesel, oil, and lubricants in the Dallas–Fort Worth area using multiple class A configurations (flatbed, step-deck, tanker). The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and customer service as you support uptime and reliability for our oil and gas clients.

The ideal candidate has a valid Class A license with tanker and hazmat endorsements, 2 years of experience, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.

Qualifications

• Valid class A license with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
• 2 years of class A driving experience.
• Experience hauling hazardous materials in a tanker-trailer (preferred).
• Strong safety background.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" exam.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Haul DEF, oil, and diesel to/from customer locations in and around the Dallas–Fort Worth area using various class A equipment.
• Advise customers on products by applying knowledge of lubricants, diesel fuel, and applications.
• Verify and process shipment documents.
• Work long shifts (12–14 hours) and adapt to day/night schedules.
• Maintain safety standards and compliant operations.

Job description

Overview -

• $24/hour to start + time-on-job raises for first year + overtime + sign-on bonus + per diem.


• Benefits: Paid training, PTO in first year, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with company match.


• Schedule: 5 days on/2 days (Sunday - Thursday, off Friday and Saturday).12-14 hour shifts, day and night shifts available.


• Work: The FlexDriver will be responsible for hauling various products (DEF, oil, diesel) to and from designated customer locations in and around the Dallas - Fort Wortharea, utilizing a variety of class A equipment (flatbed, step-deck, tanker), advising customers on these products by applying knowledge of industrial lubricants, diesel fuel, and applications, whileverifying and processing shipment documents.

Required Qualifications

• Valid class A driver's license with tanker and hazmat endorsements and clean driving record (required).


• 2 years of class A driving experience (required).


• Experience hauling hazardous materials in a tanker-trailer (preferred).


• Strong safety background.


• Knowledge of basic hand tools.


• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.


• Ability to adapt effectively in dynamic situations.


• Ability to work effectively alone and within team setting.


• Must be able to pass a DOT physical or \"Fit for Duty\" physical exam.


• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write the English language.


• Must satisfactorily pass a drug test and background check.


• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.


• Must be able to withstand the physical stressof working long hoursin inclement weather, while wearing Personal Protective Equipment and performing job functions.

Compensation and Benefits

• $24/hour to start.


• Time on the job raises every three months for first year, total of +$1.50/hour.


• Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week.


• $300 sign-on bonus.


• $69/day per diem


• PTO in first year.

Schedule and Location

• work schedules available... 5 days on/2 days off (Sunday - Thursday, off Friday and Saturday), day and night shifts available.


• Scheduled work location based out of Springtown, TX.


• Work in and around Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas.


• Must be able to travel to Springtown, TX to be considered for employment.
