Job summary

Texas Pride Fuels in Springtown, TX is seeking a Flex Driver to haul DEF, oil, and diesel around the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will operate various Class A equipment and ensure accurate shipment documentation.

Starting wage is $24 per hour with raises built in for the first year, plus overtime, a sign-on bonus, per diem and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match. Shifts are 12-14 hours, 5 on/2 off.

Qualifications

• Valid class A driver's license with tanker and hazmat endorsements and clean driving record.
• 2 years of class A driving experience.
• Experience hauling hazardous materials in a tanker-trailer preferred.
• Strong safety background.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Ability to adapt effectively in dynamic situations.
• Ability to work effectively alone and within team setting.
• Pass DOT physical or 'Fit for Duty' physical exam.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Able to withstand physical stress of long hours in inclement weather with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Haul various products (DEF, oil, diesel) to and from customer locations in and around the Dallas–Fort Worth area using Class A equipment (flatbed, step-deck, tanker).
• Advise customers on products by applying knowledge of industrial lubricants, diesel fuel and applications, and verify/ process shipment documents.

Compensation And Benefits

• $24/hour to start
• Time on the job raises every three months for first year, total of +$1.50/hour
• Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week
• $300 sign-on bonus
• $69/day per diem
• PTO in first year

• 401k after a year of service with 4% company match

Schedule and Location

• work schedules available... 5 days on/2 days off (Sunday - Thursday, off Friday and Saturday), day and night shifts available
• Scheduled work location based out of Springtown, TX.
• Work in and around Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas
• Must be able to travel to Springtown, TX to be considered for employment
