Job summary

Texas Pride Fuels is hiring a FlexDriver to haul lubricants and fuels around the Dallas–Fort Worth area using class A equipment. The role requires handling hazardous materials and adhering to safety and DOT standards. You will work 12–14 hour shifts, with 5 days on and 2 days off, mostly day or night shifts.

Starting pay is $24/hour with quarterly raises, overtime pay after 40 hours, a $300 sign-on bonus, and a $69/day per diem. Benefits and 401k with company match apply after probation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A license with tanker and hazmat endorsements and clean driving record.
• 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• Experience hauling hazardous materials in tanker-trailers preferred.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical or Fit for Duty exam.
• Must speak/read/write English.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Responsibilities

• Haul DEF, oil, and diesel to and from locations in and around Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Advise customers on products and applications as needed.
• Verify and process shipment documents using class A equipment.

Overview -

• $24/hour to start + time-on-job raises for first year + overtime + sign-on bonus + per diem.
• Benefits: Paid training, PTO in first year, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with company match.
• Schedule: 5 days on/2 days (Sunday - Thursday, off Friday and Saturday).12-14 hour shifts, day and night shifts available.
• Work: The FlexDriver will be responsible for hauling various products (DEF, oil, diesel) to and from designated customer locations in and around the Dallas - Fort Wortharea, utilizing a variety of class A equipment (flatbed, step-deck, tanker), advising customers on these products by applying knowledge of industrial lubricants, diesel fuel, and applications, whileverifying and processing shipment documents.

Required Qualifications

• Valid class A driver's license with tanker and hazmat endorsements and clean driving record (required).
• 2 years of class A driving experience (required).
• Experience hauling hazardous materials in a tanker-trailer (preferred).
• Strong safety background.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Ability to adapt effectively in dynamic situations.
• Ability to work effectively alone and within team setting.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" physical exam.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
• Must satisfactorily pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Must be able to withstand the physical stressof working long hoursin inclement weather, while wearing Personal Protective Equipment and performing job functions.

Compensation and Benefits

• $24/hour to start.
• Time on the job raises every three months for first year, total of +$1.50/hour.
• Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week.
• $300 sign-on bonus.
• $69/day per diem
• PTO in first year.

Schedule and Location

• Scheduled work location based out of Springtown, TX.
• Work in and around Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas.
• Must be able to travel to Springtown, TX to be considered for employment.
