Job summary

Intellectt INC. is seeking DFT Engineers to support DFT implementation, verification and test-related activities in a Santa Clara setting.

The role emphasizes DFx expertise, SCAN/MBIST familiarity, and IJTAG knowledge, with an opportunity to contribute to boundary scan and high-speed I/O verifications.

Qualifications

• BE/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
• Experience with Siemens DFT tools is preferred.
• Strong DFT and DFx skills with knowledge of SCAN/MBIST.
• Familiar with IJTAG (IEEE 1687) including ICL and PDL.
• Experience verifying DFT features like Boundary Scan, JTAG, SCAN, MBIST, and High-Speed I/O.

Responsibilities

• Support DFT implementation, verification, and test-related activities.
• Generate test timing and Place & Route collaterals.
• Collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure DFx effectiveness.

Seeking DFT Engineers with strong DFx and DFT experience to support DFT implementation, verification, and test-related activities. ATPG experience is not mandatory, and candidates with strong DFT fundamentals and DFx expertise are encouraged to apply

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Siemens DFT tools.
• Experience with DFT insertion for SCAN (including SSN) and MBIST.
• Knowledge of MBIST repair implementation and verification.
• Experience generating test timing and Place & Route collaterals.
• Strong knowledge of IJTAG (IEEE 1687), including ICL and PDL specifications.
• Experience verifying DFT features such as:
  • Boundary Scan
  • JTAG
  • SCAN
  • MBIST
  • High-Speed I/O
• Strong understanding of DFx methodologies and DFT implementation.
