RICEFW Technologies Inc in Arkansas seeks a Senior SQL Database Administrator to provide enterprise-wide support for AIRS production and non-production databases. The role requires hands-on expertise with SQL Server 2022, strong T-SQL skills, and the ability to manage backups, DR plans, and security auditing.

The position is on-site in Arkansas, with extensions possible, focusing on high availability, performance tuning, and compliant storage management.

Formación

• Recent hands-on experience in ALL aspects of SQL DBA Administration.
• Experience with SQL Server 2022 or later versions, installation and upgrades.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, auditing, and security for SQL Server.

Senior SQL Database Administrator

The SENIOR SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for providing reliable, cost-effective, & secure enterprise-wide support for business-critical production & non-production databases for the Arkansas Integrated Revenue System (AIRS).

NOTE: This position requires candidates that have recent hands‑on experience in ALL aspects of SQL DBA Administration.

• 4 Years Experience SQL Server 2022 (or later versions) database administration: installing and upgrading SQL Servers, including applying service packs, cumulative updates

• 3 Years Windows Server Administration experience: Building and maintaining Windows Servers and EC2 Instances
• Installing and managing end point protection
• Application Server, Web Server, File Server, and FTP Server configuration and maintenance
• Utilizing PowerShell for administration tasks
• Windows Failover Cluster configuration and maintenance
• Windows Server Roles and Features
• NET Framework Components

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Experience with FAST GenTax/DS-VS architecture and application maintenance
• Familiarity with industry security standards (PUB1075, FIPS, and PII)
• Cloud computing knowledge
• Cloud storage, backup, and restore mechanisms
