What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products in clinical settings
- Maintain documentation on completed trainings and follow up on surveys to ensure training effectiveness
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for clinical training issues within the territory
- Collaborate with Clinical Program Managers and Product Management on product testing and implementation
- Travel up to 75% for business needs, including attending tradeshows and educational events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-year associate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses
- 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience with dental imaging equipment, including digital intraoral scanners
- Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record for extensive travel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of training experience within a clinical setting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects
- Advanced knowledge of radiology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced skills in Microsoft Office
