A leading dental technology company is seeking a DEXIS Regional Clinical Training Specialist for a remote role covering CO/UT/S. WY. This position involves conducting training for clinical customers on intraoral imaging products, maintaining training documentation, and supporting product management. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products for clinical customers
- Maintain documentation on completed trainings and follow up on surveys to ensure training effectiveness
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for clinical training inquiries within the territory
- Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products
- Attend tradeshows and educational events for clinical representation and assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-year associate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience with dental imaging equipment, specifically digital intraoral scanners
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record due to extensive travel requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of training experience in a clinical setting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
- Advanced knowledge of radiology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced skills in Microsoft Office
