Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the West End Endocrinology and Rheumatology Clinic. The position emphasizes bone density (DEXA) exams and diagnostic radiography with state-of-the-art imaging in a new clinical space.

Ideal candidates will have BD certification (ARRT) or prior DEXA experience and enjoy a fast-paced outpatient environment. Full-time, dayshift, with an $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved radiology program (Required).
• Bone densitometry certification (ARRT BD) or prior DEXA experience preferred.
• Ability to perform diagnostic radiographic examinations and DEXA scans following physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations per orders and protocols.
• Perform bone density (DEXA) examinations for osteoporosis screening and monitoring.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout imaging.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining radiation safety standards.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and staff to support efficient patient care.
• Assist with maintaining imaging equipment and exam rooms.
