Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to partner with customers across APJ, providing hands-on technical guidance and enablement. This role emphasizes measurable value through adoption, design reviews, and proactive support, all delivered remotely.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to align technical recommendations with customer goals, support renewals, and share knowledge through enablement content.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical guidance through video or written channels.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps workflows across source control, CI/CD, security, and Agile planning.
• Hands-on background in software development, systems engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand technical consultancy to help customers adopt company solutions for DevSecOps workflows.
• Drive product adoption and value across APJ accounts to support renewals and expansion.
• Lead workshops, demos, and enablement sessions to build customer confidence.
• Mentor team members and customers through complex technical challenges.
