RTX in Marlborough, MA, on-site, is seeking a DevSecOps Platform Engineer to join the Platform Engineering Team. You will enhance CI/CD pipelines, secure development environments, and support deployment of high-quality software for radar software in military systems. This role requires Scrum-based collaboration and an ability to obtain/maintain a U.S.

government security clearance. The position focuses on automation, infrastructure support, and integration across Linux/Windows environments,

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
Basic experience with scripting languages (bash, perl, python).
Basic experience with Linux operating system.
Understanding of SDLC processes and scripting.
Familiarity with CM tools (ClearCase, Git, GitLab).
Awareness of Agile and Scrum principles (Jira).

Mansioni

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software development and delivery.
Collaborate within Agile teams to support high-quality product delivery.
Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Maintain development environment infrastructure and respond to issues.
Collaborate with software developers, SMEs, and Cybersecurity teams to deliver secure software.
Diagnose and resolve pipeline issues to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving workflows.
Monitor pipeline performance and report key metrics.
Debug and integrate real-time embedded software across Linux/Windows.
Maintain and modernize development tools and support migration to container-based environments.
