Job summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking a DevSecOps Platform Engineer to build, support, and improve our cloud-native platform and security automation capabilities. You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, platform automation, and AI-powered workflows that boost developer productivity and platform reliability.

You will collaborate with platform, security, and software teams to implement secure, scalable infrastructure and processes across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, Software Engineering, SRE, or related field.
• Experience supporting and enhancing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD & Platform Engineering: develop, maintain, and enhance secure CI/CD pipelines.
• DevSecOps & Security Automation: integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) in workflows.
• AI-Enabled Engineering Automation: contribute to AI-powered automation workflows.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Operations: support cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP) and automation.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: participate in design reviews and knowledge sharing.
