Job summary

Concept Plus LLC is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead to drive secure CI/CD pipelines, IaC practices, and automation across OCI-based Oracle eBusiness platforms. The role requires DoD/Federal security experience, active clearance, and expertise in YAML, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

You will lead security-focused automation, establish automated tests, and ensure rapid, compliant delivery of services with DoD RMF controls.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevSecOps or platform engineering.
• Proficiency with YAML and Ansible.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in DoD or Federal security environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for OCI services.
• Develop IaC using Ansible, YAML, Terraform for provisioning and compliance.
• Manage container workloads with Kubernetes or OCI OKE.
• Integrate SAST/DAST/SCA tools into pipelines for security-left.
• Establish automated test frameworks and DoD RMF alignment.
• Enforce code quality and Git branch governance across teams.
• Lead DevSecOps toolchain onboarding and training.
• Monitor pipeline performance and report to Government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity lead to meet DoD 8140/8570 baselines.
• Support transition to OCI DevOps services and asset registries.
