Job description:

• Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program with Evernorth, building a new cloud-native pharmacy benefit management platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capability and client business in waves.
• Client leads Program Management and Governance, Integrated Delivery Management, and Operating Model and Readiness through an Orchestration Hub that coordinates two delivery arms, capability build and integration/re-implementation, across roughly 16 functional workstreams.

DevSecOps Lead owns the execution rails:

• Pipelines, environments, secrets and access, security scanning and control gates, observability, and the run model once code is live.
• The job is to make the path to production the easy path.
• Environment management sits here for both arms, including the shared environment where Nova meets the existing estate, which means one booking owner, one refresh calendar, and the call on whose refresh wins when two release schedules collide.
