Job Title: Testing Lead

Job description:

• Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program with Evernorth, building a new cloud-native pharmacy benefit management platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capability and client business in waves.
• Client leads Program Management and Governance, Integrated Delivery Management, and Operating Model and Readiness through an Orchestration Hub that coordinates two delivery arms, capability build and integration/re-implementation, across roughly 16 functional workstreams.
• Industry experience in the healthcare sector is required.
• Required skills include Application Quality Analysis, Cross-Functional Leadership, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), Testing, Quality Control, and SQA Testing.
• Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in the skills required.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Application Quality Analysis, Cross-Functional Leadership, PBM, Testing, Quality Control, and SQA Testing.
• The possibility of extension has not been determined (N/A).

Responsibilities:

• Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases.
• As a Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual), you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Application Quality Analysis is required.
• Expert proficiency in Cross-Functional Leadership is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Manual Testing, Quality Control (QC), and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Testing is suggested.
• Provide advanced guidance on testing strategies and quality assurance processes to elevate overall project outcomes.
• Shape testing approaches by integrating best practices and innovative techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals and delivery timelines.
• Lead efforts to identify systemic issues and implement solutions that enhance product.
