Responsibilities

• Owns the execution rails: pipelines, environments, secrets and access, security scanning and control gates, observability, and the run model when code goes live.
• Make the path to production the easy path by orchestrating environments and release schedules.
• Lead secure automated delivery for a regulated workload and arbitrate environment contention between delivery teams.
