Qualifications

• Secret clearance or above required.
• 2+ years IT support or help desk experience; 1–2 years in a lead role.
• Hands-on experience supporting DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD tools.
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows, and macOS.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day help desk team activities and resolve user issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems and coordinate with developers and security teams.
• Mentor junior staff and drive performance improvements.
• Manage tickets related to Gravity pipeline infrastructure and CI/CD tools.
• Ensure uptime of development environments, container platforms, and cloud services.
• Maintain SLAs and KPIs for response and resolution times.
• Collaborate with DevOps, developers, and sysadmins to minimize disruption.
• Communicate incident status to stakeholders and document procedures.
• Ensure DoD STIGs compliance and coordinate security patches.
