Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 8+ years engineering experience leading large development teams.
• Proven leadership in engineering assignments and programs.
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevSecOps and Digital Transformation (Dx).
• Understanding of all phases of engineering development process.
• Experience presenting to the customer and to internal/external management.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Active Secret Level security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule execution of multiple software development activities across programs.
• Manage the full engineering development life cycle from design through implementation.
• Lead personnel management tasks including performance assessments, career development, and staffing.
• Address staffing requests, contract issues, recovery plans, and milestone participation.
