Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field.
• Experience leading large development teams.
• Minimum of 8 years in engineering.
• Proven leadership in engineering programs with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevSecOps and Digital Transformation (Dx).
• Understanding of all phases of the engineering development process.
• Experience presenting to customers and all levels of management.
• Active Secret level security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline DevSecOps team across programs.
• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule execution of software development activities.
• Manage full engineering development life cycle from design to implementation.
• Staffing, performance assessments, and career development for team members.
• Address staffing requests, contract issues, recovery plans, and milestone participation.
