Job summary

Zaden Technologies, Inc. is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to containerize legacy applications and build the secure delivery pipeline for an on-prem government cloud environment. The role emphasizes automation across builds, tests, and security evidence to keep focus on mission features.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance or eligibility, 5+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, and hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience, plus on-prem deployment experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevSecOps experience on software programs, including containerization of existing applications.
• Hands-on experience with Docker/OCI containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline construction.
• Experience deploying to on-prem or air-gapped environments, not just commercial cloud.

Responsibilities

• Containerize legacy applications and stand up hardened container baselines and registries.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines with automated test, scan, and artifact-generation gates.
• Deploy and troubleshoot workloads in on-prem virtualized environments (vSphere-class private cloud, Kubernetes).
• Generate pipeline security evidence (SBOMs, scan outputs) in partnership with the cybersecurity engineer.
• Identify repeatable manual steps and automate them.
