Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to lead cybersecurity accreditation activities for mission-critical DoD/Navy programs. Based in San Diego, CA, you will manage RMF, continuous monitoring, automated security gates, and ATO support, working with engineers and customers on-site.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, 4+ days in-office, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and container security. IDT offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 baseline via IAM Level 1 or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity or Systems Engineering within DIB with RMF mastery.

Aufgaben

• Design secure, high-performance architectures for autonomous systems and edge devices.
• Embed automated security gates into CI/CD pipelines (SAST/DAST/IAST).
• Transition RMF cycles to Continuous ATO (cATO) through automation.
• Develop RMF artifacts and support RMF processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with Navy AOs, SCAs, ISSMs and PMs.
