Job summary

The candidate will provide hands-on technical support for our Kubernetes-based platform, help build a DevSecOps pipeline, and implement IaC for automated configuration and provisioning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building DevOps/DevSecOps maturity with IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt).
• 4+ years developing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud apps.
• 3+ years troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
• 2+ years deploying and managing apps in Kubernetes.
• Experience collaborating with development teams across the SDLC.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years DevOps experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain Security+ CE / SSCP / CCNA-Security / GSEC within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to customers using our Kubernetes-based platform, including troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, responding to support requests via calls and chat, and guiding customers through onboarding, deployment, and application development workflows.
• Support the building and maintenance of a DevSecOps pipeline using the latest open-source technologies.
• Use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate everything from configuration management to infrastructure provisioning.
