The candidate will provide hands-on technical support for our Kubernetes-based platform, help build a DevSecOps pipeline, and implement IaC for automated configuration and provisioning.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years building DevOps/DevSecOps maturity with IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt).
• 4+ years developing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud apps.
• 3+ years troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
• 2+ years deploying and managing apps in Kubernetes.
• Experience collaborating with development teams across the SDLC.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years DevOps experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain Security+ CE / SSCP / CCNA-Security / GSEC within 6 months.

Job Description:

• -Provide hands-on technical support to customers using our Kubernetes-based platform, including troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, responding to support requests via calls and chat, and guiding customers through onboarding, deployment, and application development workflows.
• -Spport the building and maintenance of a DevSecOps pipeline using the latest open-source technologies.
• -Use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate everything from configuration management to infrastructure provisioning.

Required Qualifications:

• -4+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including building and maintaining IaC solutions using Terraform or Terragrunt
• -4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including AWS
• -3+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
• -2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes -Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise cloud-native solutions
• -Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• -Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of DevOps experience in Lieu of a Degree
• -Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Preferred Qualifications:

• -Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang
• -Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2
• -Experience using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, or Elasticsearch
• -Experience with Jenkins or GitLab Runners
• -AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Certification
• -Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
