Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience with Bachelor in related field; or 6+ years with HS diploma.
• Solid experience with hands on GitLab.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerization with Docker; Kubernetes familiarity.
• Terraform provisioning of infra; Ansible configuration management.
• Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Security tooling & DevSecOps practices: SAST/DAST.
• Secrets management: Vault or GitLab secure variables.
• GitLab Runner setup and scaling.
• Monitoring/logging: Prometheus & Grafana; ELK/OpenSearch.
• Linux system administration and networking basics.
• Jira/Confluence for collaboration.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for multiple teams.
• Build, manage, and secure containerized apps.
• Lead migration from Bitbucket to GitLab with minimal disruption.
• Configure build servers and GitLab Runners for reliable automation.
• Embed security into development and deployment workflows.
• Mentor teammates on DevSecOps tools, principles, and processes.
