Job summary

Fortis Industries, Inc. DBA - LTS, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level DevSecOps Specialist. The role supports TCODE and reports to the Program Manager, with a mix of remote and onsite work; local preference is in the Scott AFB, IL / St. Louis area.

Responsibilities include CI/CD pipeline management, software maintenance, security integration, observability, and cross-functional collaboration with development, operations, and security teams to improve efficiency and security across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on DevSecOps experience
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Physics/Math or related field preferred
• Must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance
• Certifications: CKA, AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps – Associate
• Security+ must be current

Responsibilities

• CI/CD pipeline management: selecting, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD tools and processes.
• Software maintenance: ensure the deployed product is maintained throughout its lifecycle.
• Security integration: embed security into development and deployment processes.
• Observability: implement monitoring and logging for performance and security analysis.
• Collaboration: work with development, operations, and security teams to streamline workflows
