The role spans across DevSecOps and Platform Engineering with emphasis on automation, AI augmentation, and pipeline observability. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering and scripting skills, practical DevSecOps experience, and the ability to work across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/software engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, site reliability, or platform engineering.
• U.S. person with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Location in Melbourne, FL or Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities

• Connect systems: integrate source control, CI/CD, build systems, and monitoring.
• Automate repetitive DevOps tasks to remove friction.
• Improve developer experience by simplifying workflows.
• Scale reusable tools and pipelines across teams.
• Diagnose cross-system issues; fix root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Define metrics and observability around health and delivery performance.
• Explore AI-enabled tooling to boost productivity.
• Create training materials for engineers on tools and best practices.
• Continuously improve using data and feedback.
