Job summary

Superconductor in the East Bay seeks a seasoned developer advocate and content creator to champion the Self-Running Software Organization. You will speak code, publish in public, and build a community of developers around autonomous AI agents.

You’ll publish content that developers genuinely want to read, grow a following across X/Twitter, YouTube, blogs, and talks, and collaborate with the product team to improve onboarding and docs.

Qualifications

• Shipped production software or relevant engineering background.
• Proven ability to create engaging technical content for developers.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of building communities.

Responsibilities

• Build in public and document workflows, wins, failures, and lessons learned.
• Create content across X/Twitter, YouTube, blog posts, podcasts, and talks.
• Develop and evangelize the "Superconductor way" for building with parallel coding agents.
• Grow and engage a developer community around autonomous software development.
• Collaborate with product team to shape onboarding, documentation, and developer experience.
