Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Systems Engineer - IT with a DevOps background to support a High Performance Computing multi-level secure enterprise program in Herndon, VA. You will deploy and support secure infrastructure across multiple sites, and build DevOps automation in Unix/Linux environments.

The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph to start, and experience with Linux, scripting, and configuration management.

Qualifications

• Linux system administration in secure environments.
• Scripting in Python, Perl, Korn shell, and Bash; Ansible for automation.
• Revision control with CVS, SVN, Git, and GitLab (including GitLab CI).

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and integration of secure enterprise infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain DevOps automation and configuration management solutions for Unix/Linux environments.
• Coordinate initial site standup activities for HPC and multi-level secure deployments.
