Job summary

NRUCFC, formally known as the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, is seeking a Systems Administrator II - DevOps to design, automate, and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to support development and production environments.

You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to maintain IT environments, monitor performance, and coordinate software releases, while ensuring security and scalability across Azure or AWS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related technical degree.
• 3–5 years in information systems administration or operations role; hands-on cloud experience (Azure or AWS).
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develops automation scripts for application deployment.
• Maintains stability, security, and scalability of IT environment and devops pipelines.
• Monitors system performance, identifies issues, and implements solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborates with development, QA, and operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Creates and maintains runbooks and installation guides.
• Coordinates software releases for timely delivery of features and updates.
