Staffed4U is seeking a DevOps Software Engineer with TS/SCI and Poly for Annapolis Junction, MD. You will deliver software development, integration, testing, and DevOps across HPDA compute platforms.

The role requires 7+ years, a Bachelor’s in a technical field, and proficiency in Java, Python, Linux, and CI/CD. Experience with Ansible, Docker, and SQL databases is essential for mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 7+ years in technical roles with Linux, scripting, and automation.
• Proficiency in Linux admin, Bash/Python, and automation tools.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD, and Git.
• Strong Java and Python development background.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data transforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot large distributed systems in production.

Responsibilities

This position offers the opportunity to work with emerging technologies and contribute to mission-critical projects in a secure, high-impact environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform Linux system operations using the command line, including package management
• Automate system administration tasks with Shell, Bash, or Python scripting
• Design and develop robust applications usingJavaandPython
• Implement and manageSQL databasesincluding MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL
• SupportCI/CD pipelineswith GitLab CI and similar tools
• ApplyInfrastructure as Code (IaC)principles usingAnsibleto automate provisioning and configuration

Required Qualifications

• ActiveTS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field plus 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Linux system administration, scripting (Bash/Shell/Python), and automation tools
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD practices, and source control (Git)
• Strong background in Java and Python application development
• Familiarity with SQL databases, data transformation tools, and modern DevOps practices
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot large, distributed systems in production environments

Desired Skills

• Experience withGPU acceleration frameworks such as PyTorch
• Familiarity withHPC workload managerslikeSlurm
