DevOps Software Engineer - TS/SCI + CI Poly - Hybrid

Our client is seeking a TS/SCI + CI poly cleared DevOps Software Engineer to join a high‑energy team building and deploying a cutting‑edge technology stack in support of the DIA‑NMEC (National Media Exploitation Center) DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP). As a DevOps Software Engineer, you’ll help design, deploy, and maintain a full‑stack, containerized microservices architecture. You’ll also support systems administration, installation, configuration, and the broader adoption of DevOps best practices across cross‑functional engineering teams.

Qualified DevOps Software Engineer must have the below skills:

• -Strong Linux proficiency
• -Hands‑on experience with containers and Kubernetes monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• -Experience with CI/CD orchestration and GitLab
• -Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
• -Experience operating systems at scale
• -Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• -Development experience (Bash, PowerShell, SALT, Python, Groovy, Java, etc.)
• -Kafka or other messaging systems (AMQP, JMS)
• -SALT for deployment automation

This work is located in Bethesda, MD and will allow for hybrid work once role is established. Candidates must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI + CI poly level government clearance. Salary for this role is between $107,900 - $195,050, depending on experience, clearance level, location, and contract requirements.
