CAS in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation for SDLC deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Bash/Shell. This role involves AWS work with CDK, EC2, S3, ECS, VPC, and TypeScript.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support CI environments, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliable deployments and quick incident response.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of Linux-based DevOps experience focusing on SDLC deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins or similar), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Configuration management (Ansible), and scripting (TypeScript, Bash).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automation for SDLC deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Bash/Shell.
• Experience with AWS environments (CDK, EC2, S3, ECS, VPC, TypeScript).
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot software releases; resolve pipeline and environment issues.
• Create reusable code and automation patterns for tooling and deployment pipelines.
• Support and maintain CI environments for development teams; ensure reliability of pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and participate in on-call rotations.
• Identify process improvements to reduce operational costs and improve services.
