Job summary
Sistema Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise CI/CD pipelines and cloud platform infrastructure.
The role collaborates with development, QA, security, and operations to improve deployment processes, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, Jenkins, GitHub, IaC, and PowerShell, ensuring robust production environments across Linux and Windows
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise application platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with OpenShift and container orchestration.
- Experience with Ansible Automation Platform or similar configuration management/automation tech.
- Experience building or supporting CI/CD environments using Jenkins and GitHub.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automated deployments.
- Strong admin/troubleshooting for Linux and Windows Server.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Experience with API gateways, REST/SOAP, JDBC, JMS, certificate services, and middleware.
- Strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with Dynatrace and SolarWinds for monitoring/observability.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment solutions.
- Support enterprise platforms and infrastructure using IaC, configuration management, container orchestration, and API management tech.
- Work with OpenShift, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
- Support Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Monitor and optimize enterprise applications, integration services, SDLC environments, and pipelines.
- Triage and resolve issues across production and non-production environments.
- Partner with development, QA, security, and operations teams to identify risks and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement across deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ops processes.
