Job summary

• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Jenkins and continuous integration.
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with GitHub, branching, and tagging.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with systems and IT operations.
• Experience with virtual and cloud infrastructure.
• AWS and OpenStack experience preferred.
• Strong scripting and coding skills.
• Experience working with open-source technologies and tools.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with QA and Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of technical products and systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues.
• Build and maintain monitoring solutions.
• Perform software maintenance and implement operational solutions.
• Automate software deployments using configuration and automation tools.
• Support continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Develop standards for measuring product quality and release readiness.

• Collaborate with QA and Software Engineers to maintain continuous delivery.
• Support deployment, network operations, and systems administration.
• Use scripting and coding to automate operational processes.
• Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
