Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Lead to own deployment, release management, and security operations across Salesforce and connected business systems.

You will optimize frameworks, pipelines, and environments while coordinating with software, security, and IT operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable delivery. The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled tooling, and shift-left security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, release engineering, and site reliability, incl. leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, environment/release management.
• Own security operations: observability, monitoring, incident response, reliability.
• Proficiency with DevOps and release-management tooling (Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, Git workflows).
• Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Splunk, New Relic).
• Ability to facilitate collaboration across dev, security, IT ops.
• Experience applying AI and automation to deployments and testing.
• Strong security/compliance knowledge: access control, secrets, data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment framework, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and release management.
• Lead security operations across observability, monitoring, incident response, and reliability.
• Manage security vendor relationships, SLAs, and alerting.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between software, security, and IT operations.
• Drive tooling and AI capabilities to accelerate deployment and testing.
• Define branching, release, and environment-promotion strategies for low-risk deployments.
• Embed security and compliance controls into the pipeline (shift-left).
• Track DevSecOps and quality KPIs: deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, etc.
• Lead post-incident reviews and root-cause analyses with durable remediations.
• Govern environments and sandboxes, data seeding, refresh strategy, access controls.
