Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Lead to own deployment, release management, and security operations across Salesforce and business systems. You will establish and optimize deployment frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management while securing observability, monitoring, and incident response.

You will also manage security vendor relationships, promote cross-team collaboration, and drive automation to accelerate deployments with strong governance and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, release engineering, and site reliability.
• Hands-on expertise building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience owning security operations and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment framework, CI/CD pipelines, and release management across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Own security operations including observability, monitoring, incident response, and reliability.
• Lead security vendor relationships and ensure SLAs and alerting are met.
• Coordinate across software, security, and IT operations to streamline workflows.
• Introduce automation and AI capabilities to speed deployments and quality.
• Define branching, release, and environment promotion strategies for low-risk deployments.
• Embed security controls into the pipeline and enforce standards with architects.
• Track DevSecOps KPIs and lead post-incident reviews with durable remediation.
• Govern environments and sandboxes, including data seeding and access controls.
• Align release governance with platform architecture and data/marketing tech teams.
