Job summary

Crown Innovations, Inc. is seeking an experienced SWOPS Lead & Configuration Manager to bridge software development and production operations. You will lead daily operations, manage CI/CD pipelines, and govern software releases across development, test, staging, and production.

The role requires strong leadership, deep DevOps experience, hands-on Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, AWS, and IaC practices, with a track record of improving uptime, security, and deployment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Strong Git, source control, and repository governance in GitHub Enterprise/Bitbucket.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and docs.
• Experience managing infrastructure in AWS cloud environments.
• Bash scripting proficiency for automation; Linux/macOS admin experience.
• 6+ years in DevOps/Software Operations/Configuration Management; 2+ years in tech leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SWOPS operations with workload management and shifting priorities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with software development, QA, cybersecurity, and infra teams to support delivery.
• Establish and maintain operational processes, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee provisioning, maintenance, and lifecycle of environments (dev/test/stage/prod).
• Manage cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security.
• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices.
• Serve as primary escalation point for production issues and coordinate resolution.
• Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions; monitor dashboards and alerts.
