Job summary

Crown Innovations, Inc. is seeking an experienced SWOPS Lead & Configuration Manager to bridge software development and production operations.

You will lead operational support, maintain config integrity, manage deployments, and ensure uptime, security, and availability across environments. The role requires 6+ years in DevOps with 2+ years in leadership, strong Jenkins/Git/GitHub Enterprise expertise, and proven ability to drive automation, IaC, and cross-functional collaboration across cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive hands-on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Strong expertise with Git, GitHub Enterprise, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for workflow and docs.
• Strong AWS cloud experience.
• Bash scripting proficiency for automation.
• Linux and macOS administration knowledge.
• 6+ years in DevOps/Software Operations, with 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SWOPS operations and manage workloads based on production needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Collaborate with development, QA, cybersecurity, and infra teams to support delivery.
• Establish and maintain operational processes and best practices.
• Oversee environments in development, test, staging, and production.
• Manage cloud and on-prem infra for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Monitor performance and uptime; drive resilience improvements.
• Lead incident response and RCA to prevent recurrence.
