Job summary

Twenty80 llc is seeking a DevOps Engineering Lead to drive strategy, architecture, and delivery of modern DevOps practices across a global software environment.

You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, and guide platform engineering initiatives while ensuring security, reliability, and efficient software release processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in DevOps, Build Engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, or related software engineering discipline.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity/Jenkins).
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Strong scripting or programming experience using Python, Kotlin, Ansible.
• Experience with complex build systems (CMake, Yocto, Embedded Linux).
• Understanding of SDLC, automation, and release engineering best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

The DevOps Engineering Lead will provide technical leadership, mentor a team of DevOps engineers, collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams, and establish best practices for software release automation, infrastructure management, and system reliability.
