Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Internship responsibilities include incident response triage and advanced troubleshooting support.
• Assist in guiding change management processes to ensure smooth technology rollouts.
• Take ownership of meaningful work within the operations team and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Present final project outcomes during the internship kickoff and closing presentations.
