Job summary

Spectrum is offering a paid, full-time 11-week internship in Colorado, running from May 26 through August 6, 2027. The program blends department and intern cohort work with kickoff conferences, professional development, and mentorship to help you grow professionally in the telecommunications industry.

You’ll join the XDG DevOps team, working on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security posture, with opportunities to contribute to automation and cost optimization while gaining exposure

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• The XDG DevOps team is responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security compliance, and observability across Charter's Spectrum Enterprise platform.
• The intern will support the XDG DevOps team focusing on one or more key areas within cloud infrastructure, security compliance and automation, such as GitLab CI/CD, PCI DSS automation, Terraform-managed AWS tasks, and Datadog observability.
