Job summary

Onyx Point, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer with an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance. The role focuses on building reliable platforms to orchestrate microservices using Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities include IaC development, patching and hardening RHEL, and configuring NiFi with cloud-native logging and metrics. Strong collaboration with teams and stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Nine years of DevOps Engineer experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; five years of additional experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop Infrastructure as Code and scripting to automate tasks and provision services.
• Patch, harden, and maintain compliance of RHEL systems.
• Install, configure, and tune Kubernetes, Docker, NiFi; leverage cloud native logging and metrics.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab runners and Argo CD to automate build, test, and deployment.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
