Job summary

M.C. Dean, based in Tysons, VA, seeks a DevOps Engineer for the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, code, and application deployment across secure cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will work with IaC, CI/CD, and collaboration across departments to support critical federal and commercial missions. Required qualifications include TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance, a related degree, and hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Git, and Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II+ certification within six months of hire.
• 2+ years of related systems engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Automate deployment of infrastructure, code, and applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain IaC solutions and pipelines.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation, reliability and security.
