Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a DevOps Engineer for on‑site work at Fort Belvoir, VA, to design and operate the infrastructure across cloud and edge environments. You will automate deployments, manage Kubernetes on AWS, and collaborate with developers to optimize systems for reliability and scalability.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one, strong Linux, scripting in Python/Bash, and experience with AGILE methods.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Software Development with related degree
3 years with a Master's in related field
9 years with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Support deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS, especially EKS
Support non-cloud (Edge) infrastructure deployments on‑premise and portable equipment
Automate deployment processes for reliability and scalability
Manage Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS
Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into infrastructure
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues
Continuously improve processes and tools for high availability and performance
Stay current with new technologies and industry trends
