Job summary

Netomi is a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience, serving brands like Delta Airlines and MetLife. We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to help deploy and operate our systems in a scalable cloud environment.

You will manage Kubernetes, build CI/CD pipelines, develop Helm charts, and implement service meshes to ensure reliability and performance. Strong scripting skills (Python, Ruby, or Golang) and cloud familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DevOps experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon ECS and Terraform is mandatory.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Ruby or Golang) and cloud familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software teams to deploy and operate systems.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, including RBAC, performance, and scalability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.
• Develop Helm charts and implement Istio or Linkerd service mesh.
• Ensure system reliability with continuous monitoring and issue resolution.
