Qualifications

• Own production infrastructure at a small company.
• Deep expertise in AWS and infrastructure as code.
• Observability is a craft to you, not a vendor.
• Experience with enterprise security reviews (SOC 2, access control, secrets).
• Pragmatic about scale and balancing foundations with growth.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments, environments, reliability, observability, and cost management.
• Define and enforce security posture for enterprise buyers.
• Build tooling to ensure reliability and safe operation in production.
• Collaborate with teams to prevent outages and surface hidden failures.
