Job summary

Genpact is seeking a DevOps Engineer to advance our CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives across cloud environments. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure as code, integrating security best practices and monitoring to ensure reliable delivery of AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Implementation experience of running DevOps program starting with maturity assessment, roadmap build and engineering solution.
• Good exposure to Cloud - either of AWS.
• Deep knowledge of CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Deployment) methodologies with Jenkins.
• Work with support teams to identify and implement automation in appropriate areas.
• Working with DevOps Architects to analyze, review and clarify design and architecture on Tools implementation, Build and Deploy automation.
• Document as-is state of environment, gap analysis, options, recommendations.
• Developing scripts for automated deployments and test.
• Enabling infrastructure and application monitoring, etc.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining the CI/CD pipeline; Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation; Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems; Collaborating with development to optimize performance; Implementing security best practices.
